Making progress on Scope 3 requires partnerships. This is true not only between buying companies and their suppliers, but also among competitors, local governments, and NGOs. Earlier in 2023, Sustainability Leaders created a working group that explored how these collaborations work in practice, as well as lessons that companies can learn from one another to address their Scope 3 footprints.
Now, Sustainability Leaders is reconvening the working group to discuss how companies' Scope 3 collaboration plans are developing, how successful they have been in reducing emissions, and to share best practices that will help accelerate progress.
