Date: 29 November 2023
Length: 120 min
Session time: 15:00 GMT

This Sustainability Leaders Strategy Exchange session is the second of a two part series (the first having taking place at the beginning of 2023). If you were unable to join the first, you are still welcome to join this second part.

The Sustainability Leaders community will gather for this session to examine how successful they have been in achieving their 2023 ESG targets. This will allow members to benchmark their progress against one another, as well as gather fresh ideas for strategy development in 2024.

Using a slide template shared in advance, each member company will be asked to do a short 5 to 10-minute presentation to outline:

  • How they have tracked against their key ESG metrics in 2023
  • An impactful project they have implemented in 2023
  • Impressions on how successful 2023 has been from an ESG perspective

It’s recommended that each member company has their CSO (or equivalent) and other key corporate sustainability leaders with direct influence over ESG join this session. A nominated representative from this group will be requested to present an overview of their team’s ESG successes and metrics over 2023. Key stakeholders from around the business who are responsible for ESG strategy implementation are also welcome to join.
