Length: 60 min
Session time: 15:00 GMT

For any company whose products or services have a user life, a large part of their environmental footprint will be downstream in their value chain. One of the ways this footprint can be addressed is through communications. By informing and educating consumers on how they can mitigate their footprint, this can in turn have a significant impact on the company’s own footprint. During this call, participants will hear a case study of how one company has adopted a communications strategy that aims to achieve this, followed by a Q&A and group discussion.
